From Frontline Medicine to Personalized Hormone Care
Dr. Nicole Klimt has been practicing medicine since 2006, with formal training in Emergency Medicine and a subspecialty in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Her career has spanned high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environments, where she developed deep expertise in complex decision-making, acute care, and compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
This extensive frontline experience continues to inform her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to hormone and longevity care.
Advanced Training in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy
Driven by a passion for women’s health, Dr. Klimt pursued advanced training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), with a special focus on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
She founded Second Peak to help women navigate midlife hormonal changes with clarity, confidence, and personalized medical guidance — empowering patients with evidence-based care during a transformative stage of life.

Life Beyond Medicine
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Klimt is a mother of three and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, resistance training, and traveling, and finds balance through movement and time in nature.
She is also a dedicated Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and prioritizes clean, nourishing nutrition that supports both physical and mental well-being.
